My name is Diarmuid and I live in the west of Ireland in a beautiful place called Achill Island. I am married to Siobhan and we have two beautiful daughters the eldest is called lillie, and the new arrival is called Evie.
I like to Surf,Shoot,Fish,Mountain Bike,Kayak(occasionally), lift Kettle bells, Go Camping, Run(when I'm not injured!), and make the odd thing here and there.

North side
It's windy, really windy, and it's from the north which means its really really cold, but I need to try out my new trail gloves, will the tread mill do ? Might just man up and head out #I'mtocomfyinside
